Five Features of seamless capsule
- 1. High accuracy of capsule production
- The unevenness of size and weight of capsule is less than 10%.
- 2. Variety of capsule size by "Dropping method"
- Capsule size is adjustable between 0.5 mm and 8.0 mm in diameter.
- 3. Multilayered capsule shell
- Using multilayered structure, we can add many functions to the capsule shell; e.g. sustained releasing/releasing/adsorbing of target ingredients, lightproofness and airtightness. It is also able to wrap various materials as hydrophilic / lipophilic / slurry (powder).
- 4. Various shell material
- We can provide various shell materials such as natural polymer (gelatin, agar, etc.) and synthetic resin (acrylic, urethane, etc.). Synthetic resin shell can be selected from hydrophilic or lipophilic, and it is possible to add permeability to shell.
- 5. Bio-capsule
- It is possible to encapsulate Microorganisms or live cells, and to grow them it inside the capsule. Such kind of "bio-capsule" is expected to use as bio-reactor.
